Over all Report Research Centre 

The promotion of research is a one of the significant responsibility of our college. Our college is actively engaged in this through evolving appropriate policies and practices, making adequate resources and infrastructure available, encouraging active research involvement of teachers and scholars in research as well as recognizing any achievement of teachers through research.

Required infrastructure in terms of space and equipment and support facilities are made available on the campus for undertaking research. The institution collaborates with other agencies, institutions, research bodies for sharing research facilities and undertaking collaborative research.

The institution provides support in terms of financial, academic and human resources required and timely administrative decisions to enable faculty to submit project proposals and approach funding agencies for mobilizing resources for research. The institutional support to its faculty for submitting research projects and securing external funding through flexibility in administrative processes and infrastructure and academic support are crucial for our college teachers to excel in research. The faculties are empowered to take up research activities utilizing the existing facilities. Our college encourages its staff to engage in interdisciplinary.

Establishment of Law Research Centre:

Research is an inevitable activity which every discipline of knowledge has to follow. Research helps in enrichment of the existing literature and leads to discovery of new areas in the field of knowledge. The Research centre has a very crucial role to play in facilitating the research activity.

The Dayanand College of Law, Latur has been recognized as a Research Centre in Law faculty by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded in 2010- 2011.  Dr. Poonam Pratap Nathani, Principal of the College is the Director of the Research Centre and the Research Guide in Law. Dr. Sachin Mane, Assistant Professor is the Coordinator of the Centre. It has an enriched library having many books for references. The computer facility with internet connection is provided to the research students which immensely help in their research to locate various national and international online journals and e-books on various subjects.
