As a quality enhancement and sustenance measure prescribed by the NAAC, the College established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Dayanand College of Law, Latur. Right from the inception, IQAC has been an integral part in developing a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the College. The IQAC is committed to quality enhancement initiatives in higher education. It helps the institution in planning and monitoring.   • Value Added & Certificate Courses:

IQAC has planned and introduced two more new certificate courses beside Human Right Certificate Course, first Spoken English Certificate Course and second Constitutional Values & Principles.

  • Conduct of Seminar/Workshop:

IQAC has planned and conducted through the various departmental head, thirteen National and State Level Seminar and one Workshop.

  • Research Publication:

IQAC always motivate faculty for research publication, during the year total 22 research papers are published at National and International Journals having ISSN & ISBN number.

  • Curriculum Development:

IQAC encouraged the Faculty and Students to get actively involved in the process of Curriculum development with the focus on outcome based education. The Programme Structure and Curriculum for UG and PG courses are revised time to time as per the University Circular. Two new add-on Certificate Courses are introduced and conducted.

  • Commencement of Classes:

IQAC is punctual in commencement of classes; according to Academic Calendar classes are conducted. Academic Calendar is published on College Website.

  • Feedback Analysis:

IQAC has collected the feedback from stakeholders and same is discussed in the meeting. Based on the feedback analysis, IQAC has organised subject specific seminars and initiated to start new academic programs. Detailed Feedback Analysis Report is published in the College Website.

  • Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE):

Unit tests are conducted and marks submitted to the University.

  • AQAR Submission:

AQAR for the year 2018-19 was successfully submitted to NAAC, Bangalore on dated 18/01/2020.

  • IQAC Meetings:

The IQAC has conducted four regular meetings with the members in the year. First 25/07/2018, second 07/09/2018,third on 07/12.2018 and fourth on 0902/2019.

  • All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE):

The IQAC submitted the College report to AISHE on dated 03-Jan-2019.

Online National Level one week FDP on Implementation of NEP- Challenges & Opportunities in HEIs 24/08/2022 – 30/08/2022
  •  Value Added & Certificate Courses:

IQAC has conducted five certificate courses. First – Human Right Certificate Course, second Spoken English Certificate Course and third Constitutional Values & Principles, fourth Disaster Management and fifth in Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Conduct of Seminar/Workshop:

IQAC has planned and conducted through the various departmental head Sixty Three National and State Level Seminar and four Workshops.

  • Research Publication:

IQAC always motivate faculty for research publication, during the year total 19 Research Papers are published at National and International Journals having ISSN & ISBN number.

  • Curriculum Development:

IQAC encouraged the Faculty and Students to get actively involved in the process of Curriculum development with the focus on outcome based education. The Programme Structure and Curriculum for UG and PG courses are revised time to time as per University Circular.

  • Commencement of Classes:

IQAC is punctual in commencement of classes; according to Academic Calendar classes are conducted. Academic Calendar is published on College Website.

  • Feedback Analysis:

IQAC has collected the feedback from stakeholders and same is discussed in the meeting. Based on the feedback analysis, IQAC has organised subject specific seminars and initiated to start new academic programs. Detailed report is published in the College Website.

  • Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE):

Unit tests are conducted and marks submitted to the University.

  •  Awareness Program:

National Service Scheme, Legal aid Clinic, Women Study center, Human right Education Center conducted awareness program for Students. Seminar, Workshops, Vaccination Drive were conducted to instill institutional social responsibilities among students. NSS Unit has organized extension activities including seven days special residential camp at neighboring village of the College.

  •  Self Appraisal Report:

IQAC has collected faculty wise Self Appraisal Report, viewed in the meeting and same is uploaded on College Website.

  • AQAR Submission:

AQAR for the year 2020-21 was successfully submitted to NAAC, Bangalore on 28/03/2023.

  • IQAC Meetings:

The IQAC has conducted regular meetings with the members four in the year. First 26/07/2021; second 01/11/2021; third on 08/02/2022 and fourth on 22/03/2022; fifth 27/05/2022; sixth 23/06/2022.

  • All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE):

The IQAC submitted the College report to AISHE on dated 06/01/2023.
