Admissions Procedure

RULES OF ADMISSION

1 . Students seeking admission to B.S.L. (Five Years Course) should have secured minimum 45% in 10+2 standard examination conducted by the Board or any other examination equivalent to it.”

2 . Those who are seeking admission to LL.B. (Three Years Course) should have secured a minimum of 45% ‘marks in Degree Examination 10+ 2 + 3 Pattern recognized by the Swami Rarnanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

3 . Students seeking admission to LL.M. should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in LL.B. examination recognized by the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

3 . Students seeking admission to LL.M. should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in LL.B. examination recognized by the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

4 . Students seeking admission to D.T.L, (One Year Course) should have secured a minimum of 45 % marks in any Degree Examination recognized by the Swami Ramanand Teeith Marathwada University, Nanded.

5 . All the admission procedures are as per the rules framed by the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, Govt. of Maharashtra, U.G.C. and Bar Council of India from time to time.

6 . Admission of the student to B.S.L. Ist Year and LL.B. Ist Year are provisional; subject to the eligibility sanctioned by the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

7 . The candidate seeking admission should produce the Originals of the following documents along with the application form.

a) Mark List of the qualifying examination.

b) Transfer Certificate.

c) Migration Certificate (If necessary).

d) Caste Certificate (If necessary).

e) Eligibility Certificate.

f) Income Certificate (for whose income is less than Rs. 15,000/- per annum.

g) Two copies of E.B.C. application (If necessary.)

h) Certificate showing number of children in the family.

I)  Blood Group Certificate.

j) Three passport size color photographs.

8 . The admission for the Five Years Course and Three Years Course will be purely based on the merit as per the rules of admission given by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded; Govt. of Maharashtra and Bar Council of India.

9 . Admission will be closed once the sanctioned number of the students in the class are admitted or on expiry of the date fixed by the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded.

10. Students have to pay all the necessary fee as per tariff at the time of admission, fixed by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded from time to time. .

It is to be noted that, the college is having a rich tradition of producing eminent scholars and has been maintaining its magnum and marching ahead with the other colleges in Marathwada. The college is permanently affiliated and included in Section 2(f) 12 B of University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

11. No admission, once given will be canceled. If any student applies to cancel his / her admission, he / she has to pay the full fee for that whole year.Registration fee once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.

12. The reservation policy for the admission will be as follows :

a)            S.C.                        13 %

b)            S T.                         7 %

c)            V.J.                         3 %

d)            N. T.-1                  2.5 %

e)            N.T.-2                   3.5 %

f)             N.T.-                     32 %

g)            O.B.C. and S.B.C.19 %

Note : 30 % seats will be reserved for Ladies candidate in both reserved and open seats.
